- Copy of recent mortgage statements
- 2 years supplemental real estate tax schedules and
copies of lease agreements (investment properties only)
- Purchase contracts if applicable
- 3-4 digital photos of the subject property
Quick Qualifying Questions for our Line of Credit
- Is the loan amount requested $500,000 or less? - (we
have other programs available if greater)?
- Has the principal been on title for > 1 year?
- Has the principal been in business for at least 2 years?
- Does the principal have a minimum FICO of 660 for Owner
Occupied - 680 - Investor Full Doc down to 630
- Does the collateral meet eligibility guidelines?
- Is the LTV within guidelines by property type?
- If investment property, is the debt service coverage
at least 1.2?
- If a purchase, does the principal have a signed purchase
contract on the property AND verification of funds for
down payment?
